Thief: Legacy of Shadow ~ Quest Items

Thief VR: Legacy of Shadow was released in December 2025 and is the most recent instalment of the Thief franchise, since 2014. I was extremely excited to be able to work on this project as a Senior 3D Artist, as I was already a fan!
I had the absolute honour of working on some of the collectable quest props that in some cases were remastered versions of some of the props from the first game, so I tried to capture the same details from the originals but also creating them with updated graphics.
Thief VR: Legacy of Shadow was made by Maze Theory and published by Vertigo Games.

The Horn of Quintus is a collectable quest item that I had the honour of making. It is based on the in-game and cinematic models from the first Thief game, Thief: The Dark Project.

I was very excited to be able to create an updated version of The Horn of Quintus, as the original references were quite different from each other, but I hope that I have done it justice for my fellow Thief fans!

The Glyph Stone is the first collectable quest item that the player witnesses, it is a broken stone slab featuring the Keeper glyphs that are shown throughout the games.

The Keeper Medallion was another asset that I felt proud to be able to work on, as it also featured in the first Thief game, Thief: The Dark Project. I kept the front the same as the original.

I put the crossed keys motif that is a prominent feature of the Keepers on the back of the medallion. I mostly based it from the stained glass window in Thief: The Dark Project. I thought this would be a nice extra detail to have on the back face.
